We have converted Aerospace documents for more than 25 years, initially into microfilm systems and later scanning microfilm and scanning microfiche into electronic formats. Applications have included engineering drawings, parts lists, bills of materials, standard operating procedures and quality control documentation.

Automotive

Projects in the Automotive Industry include engineering drawing conversion to training materials, market research and insurance documentation. We've worked directly with manufacturers and as subcontractors. Projects included off-shore data capture, scanning, indexing, high-speed FTP data transfer and legacy imaging system conversions.

Financial Services

Since we are located on the outskirts of New York City, the Financial Services area has been one of our most important market segments. We service global banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies and related financial services companies. Applications range from signature cards to loan files, contracts, analyst reports, underwriting, client files and other critical functions.

Our GSA Schedule offers qualified governmental users our lowest prices. Government's vital records often have no backup and would be irretrievable if lost. Additionally, access is tedious and responses may incur delays. Typical projects have included Voter Registration, Youth Services Records, Birth and Marriage Records, Deeds and Mortgages, and Ambulance Call Records.

Healthcare

The importance of accurate and timely medical information cannot be overstated. We have converted paper hospital and medical practice records for almost 30-years, both onsite and at our facility. Other document conversions have included Ambulance Call Reports, Medical Practice Management Services, Employee medical files and more than 10 million laboratory reports.

The spectrum of document imaging applications within the manufacturing industry is extremely broad. microMEDIA's long history with manufacturing firms began in 1975. We have done projects in operations, finance, corporate and marketing.

microMEDIA has worked for many years with some of the most prestigious pharmaceutical firms, including Merck, Pfizer and Novartis. We address backfile and day forward scanning of laboratory notebooks, NDA submissions, case report files, Human Resource files, technical reports, and litigation documents. Publishing

The enormous amount of paperwork required for royalty and copyright management has been an important application for microMEDIA since 1980, when we first did microfilm scanning for Macmillan Publishing. We regularly convert microfiche, paper royalty and copyright files, accounting records and song sheets for a leading music publisher.
